Orders and Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

You can create an account by clicking the Sign Up / Register button on our website and filling out the required information. Having an account allows you to track orders, manage your shipping address, and view your order history.

If you need to update your shipping address, please log in to your account and edit your address under Account Settings. For orders already placed, contact us immediately at [email protected]. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier’s website.

No. For your security, Paxcess does not store your credit card details. All transactions are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways.

Sales tax is charged where required by law and is automatically calculated at checkout.

Whenever possible, we ship all items in one package. However, depending on product availability or warehouse location, your order may arrive in multiple packages.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy page for full details.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order details and photos of the damaged product. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

Once your return request is approved, our customer service team will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Please do not send items back without authorization.

If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. If your order has not yet shipped, we can update it. Unfortunately, once shipped, we cannot make changes to the delivery address.
